Jim was quick at replying to emails and answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. It was clear he had a wealth of experience and was well able to advise us while ensuring everything was done the way we wanted. "Jim and Charlie provided a fantastic service.  They fitted my new bathroom units perfectly, demonstrating true expertise - and I have a very tricky bathroom with odd walls and awkward spaces!  All communication before and after was really friendly and helpful.  I was pleased that they came when they said they would (actually they were early!) and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently.  All mess was tidied up and old bathroom pieces taken away.  I would definitely recommend Jim and Charlie - trusted tradesmen are worth their weight in gold!"
